35.- Rule for having a drink alone
When travelling, there is time you have (or want) to spend alone, either in airports, at the hotel or between meetings. In an airport, or after business hours, I rather have a drink than a coffee. So what I do is sit in a stool in front of the barman and let him know in a subtle way I am by myself, and that’s the way I intend to stay until I finish my whisky. He will understand and become your accomplice.
